Description

Our method works without disturbing your existing water line, using a bypass system for seamless integration.

100 KLD Iron Removal Plant Process:

Step 1: Aeration Tank Setup

Water from the borewell is diverted to a specially designed Aeration Tank.
It enters the tank through pipes with pre-drilled holes, ensuring even water distribution through spraying.

Step 2: Settling Process

The aerated water is allowed to rest, enabling sediment impurities and rusted iron particles to settle at the bottom.

Step 3: Water Extraction

The water line in the Aeration Tank is positioned half an inch above the ground level to prevent sediment intake.
A separate drainage line at the bottom removes settled waste.
A powerful 5 HP Monobloc Pump extracts clean water from the tank for further treatment.

Step 4: Filtration System

The water passes through a Dual Media Filter and a Multi-Graded Filter for thorough purification.
The filtered water is then directed to the existing water line, filling the overhead tank for distribution throughout the home or facility.

Step 5: Maintenance – Backwash Operation

Regular backwashing flushes out iron sediments and waste from the filters.
This operation is simple, thanks to our durable valves made with built-in Ceramic Discs for smooth and long-lasting performance.
