There are various methods to address the iron water problem, such as the Ancient Iron Removal method and the Traditional Iron Removal Method. However, many of these are not as effective. With this in mind, WATERSPARKS has developed a new treatment method that combines both traditional approaches and modern technology. In this process, we bypass your existing water line instead of disturbing it. Here are the steps followed in our Iron Removal Filtration System:
Step 1: The water coming from the bore well is directed to a separate tank called the Aeration Tank. Instead of flowing directly, the water is sprayed through pipes with pre-made holes that are fixed inside the Aeration Tank.
Step 2: After filling the Aeration Tank, allow some time for heavier particles, like sediment impurities and rusted iron, to settle down.
Step 3: The waterline in the Aeration Tank will be set half an inch above the ground level, with another line at the bottom for drainage. A 5 HP monobloc pump is used to extract the water from the Aeration Tank.
Step 4: The water is then passed through a Dual Media Filter and Multi-Graded Filter. The filtered water is sent to the existing line, which leads to the overhead tank. From there, it is distributed throughout the house as usual.
Step 5: The only maintenance required is performing a backwash operation. This process flushes out iron sediments and waste from the filters. It is easy to operate as our valves are equipped with built-in Ceramic Discs.
- The 5000 LPD Iron Removal Plant offers easy installation without disturbing your existing pipelines, simply by bypassing to your overhead tank.
- It ensures crystal clear water by effectively removing minute iron particles.
- The valves are German-made with built-in Ceramic Discs for superior performance.
- The filtration cylinder vessels are crafted from Pentair FRP, a top-quality brand known for manufacturing durable FRP vessels.
- The filter media used for iron removal is long-lasting, requiring no replacement for 10 to 15 years.
- Overall, the WATERSPARKS Iron Removal Filtration System provides a reliable “ONE TIME SOLUTION” for your water treatment needs.
