3000 LPH Commercial RO Plant
Application

A 3000 LPH (Liters Per Hour) commercial RO plant can produce 3000 liters of pure drinking water per hour, making it ideal for locations requiring up to 15,000 liters of water daily. If the demand exceeds this amount, the plant can be operated for additional hours to meet specific requirements. However, a recommended operating time of 5 hours per day ensures optimal plant efficiency.

Highlights
  • Our RO plant features a simple “connect and start” design, ensuring easy installation and hassle-free operation. It incorporates the latest equipment for high durability and long-lasting performance.
  • Key Advantages:
  • No Anti-Scalant Required: Unlike traditional RO plants, high-pressure auto-flushing maintains membrane efficiency, eliminating anti-scalant dosing costs and reducing recurring expenses.
  • User-Friendly Controls: Equipped with an online voltmeter, flow meters, panel lights, and push-in starter switches for easy operation.
  • Enhanced Membrane Life: An auto-flush valve with timed operation helps extend membrane lifespan significantly.
  • Automatic Functionality: Low-pressure switches and tank-full indicators enable fully automated system control.
  • Operator-Free Operation: The system can function independently with level sensors, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
Description

3000 LPH Commercial RO Plant :

Micron Filtration:
A cartridge filter removes suspended particles and prevents foreign materials from entering the final treatment stage.

High-Pressure Pump:
A Vertical Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump generates the required reverse thrust to overcome natural osmotic pressure and separate ions from water. The initial feed pressure is determined based on system design and operational requirements.

Reverse Osmosis System:
The RO system uses advanced TFC membranes to reduce dissolved solids. The process separates water into two streams:

Product Stream: Contains 2-3% of feed salt, producing purified water.
Reject Stream: Contains 97-98% concentrated salts, disposed of as waste.
A recovery ratio of 60-75% is achieved based on feed conditions and operational settings.

Membranes:
Polyamide thin-film composite membranes form a crucial separation barrier, dividing water into product and reject streams. Pre-treatment is essential to prevent fouling and scaling, ensuring membrane longevity.

RO Skid:
The skid houses components like pressure vessels, membranes, control panels, and pressure gauges. Its modular design simplifies plant assembly and installation. Custom isometric AutoCAD designs ensure optimal space utilization and improved aesthetics.

Instrumentation:
An online conductivity meter continuously monitors water quality in the RO permeate stream, ensuring consistent system performance.

Dual Media Filter:
Installed upstream of the RO system, the dual media filter removes color, turbidity, and suspended impurities. It also inactivates certain bacteria and viruses through activated carbon, safeguarding the RO machine and enhancing system durability.
