There are several methods for treating iron-contaminated water, such as Ancient and Traditional Iron Removal methods. However, most of these methods are not as effective. To address this, WATERSPARKS has developed a new treatment approach that combines both traditional methods and modern technology. This process does not interfere with your existing plumbing but bypasses it for seamless integration. Here’s how our Iron Removal Filtration System works:
Step 1: The water from the borewell is directed into a separate Aeration Tank, where it is sprayed through specially designed pipes with holes, allowing it to flow evenly within the tank.
Step 2: After filling the Aeration Tank, we allow some time for hard particles, such as sediment and rusted iron, to settle at the bottom.
Step 3: In the Aeration Tank, the waterline is placed half an inch above the ground level, and a drainage line is installed at the bottom. A 5 HP monobloc pump is used to extract the water from this tank.
Step 4: The water is then passed through a Dual Media Filter and Multi-Graded Filter. The filtered water is then redirected to the existing line, which feeds into the overhead tank, and the water is distributed throughout the house.
Step 5: The only maintenance required is a backwash process that flushes out iron sediments and waste from the filters. This is easy to operate, as our valves come with an inbuilt ceramic disc for optimal performance.
This efficient and innovative system ensures that your water is treated effectively while keeping maintenance minimal.
- The 3000 LPD Iron Removal Plant is designed for easy installation without disrupting your existing pipelines—simply bypassing to your overhead tank. It effectively makes your water crystal clear by removing even the smallest iron particles.
- The valves are German-made with an inbuilt ceramic disc for enhanced durability. The filtration cylinder vessels are crafted from Pentair FRP, a top-quality brand known for making premium FRP vessels.
- The filter media used for iron removal is long-lasting, requiring no replacement for 10 to 15 years.
- All in all, WATERSPARKS’ Iron Removal Filtration System provides a reliable “ONE TIME SOLUTION” for your water treatment needs.
