1000 LPH Commercial RO Plant :
MICRON FILTRATION:
A cartridge filter is used to remove suspended particles and prevent foreign material from entering the final treatment process, ensuring the efficient functioning of systems like the 500 LPH RO plant, 1000 LPH RO plant, and commercial RO plant.
HIGH PRESSURE PUMP:
To counteract natural osmotic pressure, a high-pressure reverse thrust is required to separate ions from the water. The required initial feed pressure is determined based on the system’s specifications. A Vertical Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump is used for this purpose in 500 LPH RO plants, 1000 LPH RO plants, and commercial RO plants.
REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM:
The reverse osmosis system uses advanced TFC membranes to produce water with low dissolved solids. The high dissolved salts are separated into two streams: the product stream, which contains 2-3% of the feed salt, and the reject stream, which contains 97-98% of the remaining concentrated salt. The recovery ratio typically ranges from 60-75% based on feed conditions and system parameters in commercial RO plants, 1000 LPH RO plants, and 500 LPH RO plants.
MEMBRANES:
Membranes act as the barrier for ion separation, dividing the water into two streams: one with low ionic impurities (product stream) and the other with high ionic impurities (reject stream). The ratio between these streams depends on the system design and typically ranges from 0.3 to 0.7. To prevent fouling and scaling, proper pre-treatment is essential. Polyamide thin composite membranes are used in systems like the 500 LPH RO plant, 1000 LPH RO plant, and commercial RO plant, and are imported for this purpose.
RO SKID:
The RO skid supports the reverse osmosis pressure vessel, membranes, control panel, pressure gauges, and other components. The skid-mounted design facilitates quicker and easier assembly of the system. An isometric AutoCAD design is developed for optimal space utilization and improved plant aesthetics, making it suitable for both 500 LPH RO plants and commercial RO plants.
INSTRUMENTATION:
An online conductivity meter is provided to continuously monitor and ensure the quality of the RO permeate water in systems like the 1000 LPH RO plant, 500 LPH RO plant, and commercial RO plant.
DUAL MEDIA FILTER:
The dual media filter is a separate unit that safeguards the RO machine and extends its durability. Raw water is fed through this filter, where color, turbidity, and suspended impurities are removed to some extent. The water is then passed through the micron filter in the RO machine. The activated carbon in the dual media filter also helps inactivating certain bacteria and viruses, enhancing the efficiency of commercial RO plants, 1000 LPH RO plants, and 500 LPH RO plants.
